Black dot: May be subcutaneous hematoma-small bleed under the skin, splinter ( pain?) , nevusi or rarely lesion. Would f/u with doc if does not go away in a month consider biopsy/dermatology consult..

Tricky: dermatologic conditions are difficult to evaluat wtihout seeing them. One possibility is an infection. If it is spreading that is a serious condition needing treatment. There are many other possibilities such as age spot, tumor, scabs, etc.

See a dermatologist: A large black mole should be checked to make sure it is not a melanoma.  Go see a dermatologist.

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, and physical examination   Apply emollient to the affected areas, You may need to do that multiple times a day. If that does not help, it would be prudent to see a doctor.

It's probably post: inflammatory hyperpgimentation. As long as burn has healed, wear sunscreen everyday and try OTC lightening agents with Hydroquinone and alpha hydroxy or retinoic acid. if not better, see derm

Skin sloughs off and will be pink for a long time and maybe for life.

Neurological vs fibr: This coudl be  neurological or fibromyalgia. You need to discuss this with your physician. The tingling could be  neurological but  also may be paresthesias which are peculiar skin sensations
