a small black dot has developed in a small mole on my arm. should i have it looked at? similar happened last year with 2 other moles, only for the biopsy to reveal that a wart was growing in said moles?

by clicking pictures of my anus, i can see a skin tag over which there is a small lump and a black dot/hole over it. it's not piles. it doesn't cause unbearing pain neither growing over months. it doesn't cause discharge. what is it?

Floaters: Sounds as if you have had a posterior vitreous detachment.  This is a situation where the vitreous(jelly) of the eye detaches (not a retinal detachment), it then "crumples" up leaving dots, spots, strands of blurry vitreous; i.e. The "floater".  When it pills away, it causes flashes. You should have an exam to ensure the incident did not tear the retina, which could lead to a retinal detachment.

May be...: Does it exist recently or lifelong? Has it changed in size over time? If lifelong, and painless, it may be a small mole or a varicose vein or thrombosed varix, which is harmless and requires no active rx. But without detailed history and direct inspection, a more confirmative DX could not be made. So, ask doc timely if in doubt.

See eye doctor: Would need to know if you see this on your eye when you look in the mirror or when you look at something, you see a black dot on the image you are looking at.  If you see it in the mirror, need to make sure it is a freckle and not a malignancy.  If you see it when you look at images, you need to make sure there is not a problem with the retina, the jelly part of the eye, or the optic nerve.
