Poison ivy?: Itchy rash with blisters, on back of hands and wrist could be from a few conditions. I would think about poison ivy first, and the hand and wrist could be the area of contact. Scabies is another condition to be thought of. Any contact allergy can present with this also.

i stubbed my pinky toe and pulled the nail back badly. there is a black blood blister under & around the nail. this was 4 days ago. any suggestions?

Onycholysis/Fracture: See a foot specialist to make sure you just have an onycholysis (i.e., loosened toenail) and you do not have fractures of the toe, infection from nail laceration, pressure blood blister (subungal hematoma), etc. In the meantime, please wear comfortable shoes.

Blisters: Anytime there is blistering on the hands that cannot be explained by trauma, it is a good idea to see your physician.  There are numerous potential causes for what you have described.  It should be formally evaluated by either your physician or a dermatologist directly.

Need an evaluation: Something is inflaming your skin.  Whether it is an allergen (likely) or some other internal cause, it needs to be seen by a dermatologist who will either recognize the condition or take a biopsy, a simple procedure, to determine why this is happening.

i got a 2nd degree burn last week on the back of my hand. it is starting to peel now and blisters when i exercise. how should i proceed?

Vaseline or Aquaphor: Gentle use of cool water. Keep lubricated. Why diphenhydramine (Benadryl)? Why Ondansetron????? No need for any antiseptic or antibiotic. Avoid any dry bandage which gets glued to the skin.

i was holding icecream cake in hand for about 5 mins 2 days back. my  thumb became red in the exposed area and burning but no blisters. is it normal?

"Frost nip": Sounds like you probably got a mild version of frost bite called frost nip.  It does not permanently damage the skin, so your symptoms should resolve in a few days.

i was given prednisone for inflammation in my hands due to dermatitis  now that im done with meds the inflammation is back with blisters what can i do?

Contact rash: Your rash may be related to contact dermatitis. Avoid fragranced products, harsh soap and moisturize with eczema lotion several times per day. For itching and irritation, use aloe vera lotion. If the rash spreads or persists please see your physician. Discuss over the counter options with your pharmacist. Watch for pus, swelling and increased redness and please follow up.
