Only in high doses: any medication that contains acetaminophen (called paracetamol in the UK), in high doses, or even in high therapeutic dose for prolonged periods of time, has the potential to damage the liver.  The FDA now recommends less than 2 grams/day for most people (this is down from 4 grams/day several years ago as a recommendation).

Co-codamol: This consists of Codeine and aeceaminophen. Codeine is an opioid and there is always a risk of addiction with opioids.  Your risk rises the longer you use it and if you do not adhere to your doctors instructions.

Not best sequence: You provide no specific information, but I assume the sumatriptan is for migraine, and if so, works best when used no later than within the first 90 minutes.  The co-codamol could be used as a rescue agent later if the sumatriptan failed, but the former is a lousy migraine approach as rebound could occur, and better off using Cambia as second drug.

Co-codamol:  Drinking first thing in the morning is worrisome. Sorry, I don't know how much time expired between when you drank and when you want to take the Co-codamol. So I can only provide you with the basic advice that narcotics and alcohol should NOT be mixed. There is a danger of respiratory depression.

Maybe (not) . . .: Co-codamol is a brand of codeine+paracetamol sold in the UK to control pain. Chronic narcotic use can affect pituitary function resulting in decrease signal to testes, so less testosterone &amp; possibly less sperm. But codeine is not considered a particularly powerful narcotic, although it may have some effect on pituitary. Best to have semen analysis. BTW, it can take up to 1yr to get pregnant.

Codeine and its meta: bolites can make you drowsy, as well as conversion to morphine that can make you drowsy. So there are multiple chemicals from breakdown of codeine that can make you drowsy.

Doubtful: Co-codamol is a mixture of paracetamol and codeine is used for pain relief and should not be used to correct mood disorders.  If your mood is being affected by pain that I could see your mood improving since your pain would be better. Again, it is a pain pill not a mood altering drug

Pain Medication: Co-Codamol is a mixture of Tylenol &amp; Codeine. Codeine is a Narcotics. This should not be mixed with alcohol and should only be taken as prescribed. You didn't not which type of help you would like.

A number of things: An old TV commercial showed a woman pacing and acting very worried - the voiceover said "If you are worried that you might have a drug problem, you very probably HAVE a drug problem."  Physical dependency is shown by increasing dose and withdrawal symptoms, but addiction requires loss of control, doing more harm than good, drug use causing harm in a persons life in multiple areas.  See your doctor
