Yes: In fact, taking BCP's to help to control your PMS symptoms is probably better for the health of your 1 kidney, than taking excessive amounts of OTC meds. like Ibuprofen or Naproxen. Just need to monitor your B.P. response to BCP's. If your B.P. remains fine, then no worries. Best of luck.

Well : Avoiding fatty foods and drinking plenty of Healthy fluids like water will decrease someone’s risk of gallstones and kidney stones.Healthy diet avoiding processed foods in excess amounts of red meat also will help decrease the risk of kidney and liver disorders. Know your options : The cause of the late periods is not something we can always answer. There are lots of treatment options you can discuss with your doctor. A late period from time to time is not unusual. Some benefit from birth control pills, patch or nuvaring. Mirena (levonorgestrel) iud can stop your period in some cases.

U need prescription: Your family doc, ob/gyn physician, or if you don't have a private doc, you can use your local planned-parenthood service to obtain such care and prescription for birth control. Also, condom is an effective birth control method that does not require a prescription and has an advantage of preventing stds--birth control pills cannot claim this protection. Consult doc.
