It's possible.: if you have had intercourse, it is of course possible that you could be pregnant. It is impossible to tell by symptoms alone. If you miss a menstrual cycle, you should consider a home pregnancy test. Good luck.

Yes: Keep taking your pill.   The first couple months are a "breaking in period".      The longer you are on the pill, the more things will stabilize.

Probably ovulation: Most women will ovulate two weeks before they have their period.  At the time of ovulation, many women will have spotting and a thin water vaginal discharge - just as you describe.

Tests are accurate: A urine pregnancy test, done correctly, gives a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have occurred), or 1 week after missing a regular period. If done sooner, a positive result is likely real, but a negative result may be due to testing too soon, and thus lead to a repeat test.

Usually: This can occur due to an effect of the hormones on thinning the uterine lining, and decreasing the amount of tissue that accumulates each month, and some patients develop a brownish discharge that is the shedding of older blood/tissue from the uterine lining. Many different things can cause though.

Spotting  is not : Uncommon with contraceptives. Brown discharge is usually older, deoxygenated blood.

Sex despite fluids: Yes.  Of course. The only thing that could or would limit this activity  is that if you  have pain. Or, if your partner is bothered by this discharge. 

Brownish discharge is often just a normality for the vagina. Next time you are at your doctors they may be able to explain better what this is in your case.

got implanon birth control started noticing brown discharge, constant itching, and a bad odor. ?

More than 1 problem: The brown discharge with Implanon is exceedingly common and may last a few days, a few weeks, or a few months.  Be patient, but if it is intolerable it is treatable.  The itching would most likely be yeast and could be caused by the constant bleeding.  The odor could be BV, also due to the constant blood in the vagina.  Your doctor should be able to treat all these issues and give you good relief.
