You're sick: Get the care of a competent physician. The "hepamerz" stuff you're taking isn't going to solve anything. You need to find why you've got notably high transaminase and bilirubin. If you're an extreme athlete, taking rx and/or doing lots of alcohol, stop ; retest. Otherwise, labs for hepatitis a/b/c, hemochromatosis, immune hepatitis, wilson's, maybe more. Would encourage you to exercise as well.

Yes: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, your results are normal.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

my total bilirubin elevated frm 1.2 ->2.1, sgpt/sgot - 44/60, alp -192, alb/gb - ok, hb-14.4, plt-1.8m,rbc- 5m, wbc- 9.8k.esr 10.pancreatic prof - ok. ultrasound ok with mild enlarge & fatty liver. hep b & hep c (-)ve.is it a serious prob? pls help.

I recommend that a hepatologist or gastroenterologist evaluate,advise, treat you and arrange for proper follow-up exams. Dietary measures, advice about alcohol intake and evaluation of your serum lipids will also be carried out.

Repeat the labs: The bilirubin level is high as well as the ESR. The blood urea nitrogen is also high. Lab result mean  very little without a good history and physical. Therefore I suggest you go to a doctor and get all of these things as well as an answer

Depends: Your liver studies are elevated, indicating there may be  something going on with the liver. Your lipids are also high and this can predispose to fatty liver. However, other factors like viral hepatitis, alcohol, or certain medications can also raise  the liver markers. You should follow up with your doctor or a specialist since imaging studies and/or liver biopsy may be necessary for diagnosis, .

Need more info....: Your question is too vague - how "high" is high? remember, as doctors we do not just treat a number - we need clinical correlation. What symptoms were you having at the time.? What is the total WBC count? Lymphocyte count? Why were you tested in the first place? The additional info will get you a better answer when you see the doctor face-to-face and have a discussion with him or her.
