Need more info: Are you asking whether you need further tuberculosis therapy? It sounds like you have had TB in the past and now have lung changes on chest x-ray. Are the x-ray changes true infiltrate, or merely scarring? Were you treated for TB in the past? With one, or more than one, medicine? Discuss this with your clinician who can confirm whether you had adequate treatment. Hope that helps.

: The wording suggests past or current active tuberculosis. The meaning in each case should be correlated with past and current history and other testing to verify whether or not the disease is active/contagious.

Cough, wt loss and..: Cough is one of the main symptoms of pulmomary tuberculosis (85-90% of case) along with poor apetite/fatigue, wt loss, and night sweat etc..But depending the location and severity of involvement, cough may not be severe at all. Tuberculosis can be non-pulmoary(10-15%)--in the abdomen, kidney/adrenal glands, brain, bones, neck, limbs, genital urinary tract, and even skin etc..Consult doc. Good luck.

Potentially serious: Pulmonary tuberculosis is due to lung infection with a "mycobacteria".  Historically a serious but treatable infection, there are now strains that can be difficult to treat because of resistance and can be very serious.  A "positive PPD test" must be evaluated by a physician, and, if necessary, treated promptly with antibiotics.

Avoid those with TB: By 'reinfection' I assume you were diagnosed with (and treated for) TB? If so, your risk is low, but the best preventive strategy for TB is for public health agencies  to find &amp; treat those with active infection, and screen for and treat those with 'latent' infection (exposed to and carrying TB bug, but not actively infected). If you are exposed to person w/active TB, you can rarely re-acquire it

Therefore b6 is useful. Mvi (multivitamin) or other ones are not useful.

Sure: First off, a 2 month treatment suggests that you were being treated for 'latent' TB rather overt active infection that is usually treated for 9 months.  In latent tb, you are not infectious anyway and kissing does not transmit tb.

Yes: If you have active pulmonary TB and are not wearing a special mask for tb, then yes, you are very likely infecting at least some other people on the plane and where ever you are on the ground.  Put on a mask and get treated right away!  TB is transmitted through the air.

Unsure: Not quite sure of your question.  If you tested positive you likely took 6-9 months of the drug isoniazid.  That should be all that is necessary.
