i had a bilateral partial salpingectomy in 2009 my question is can i still have a reversal on this or theres no chances for me ???

No: Partial salpingectomy implies the distal portions of the tubes that include the fimbrial ends of the tubes. These are vital to tubal function, so with these portions of the tubes absent, there is no re connection possible.

No: if you had your tubes and fimbriae removed, there is no tube left to reverse the procedure.

Yes: It is possible,  even after  a  tubal sterilization pregnancy is  possible. Unfortunately, ectopic  (tubal) pregnancy is  also possible  especially  with  damaged  or surgically  treated fallopian tubes.

Not likely: Pregnancy may be possible if you undergo Fallopian tube reanastomosis surgery which will join the tubal ends.

No: A bilateral Salpingectomy removes the fallopian tubes. Since the fallopian tubes are required to move the egg from the ovary to the uterus, there is no chance of a viable pregnancy. There is a small chance of an ectopic pregnancy, but it is minimal. You do not need to use BCP's because this procedure is considered permanent birth control.

If not bilateral,yes: Mother nature was "great" on redundency by providing two fallopian tubes and two ovaries for conception. If one is not available the other will "do the job".
