Consider SIBO for DX: Gas can contribute to a sense of bloating , belching, abdominal cramps, and flatullence .We all swallow air during the process of eating. Individuals can have excess aerophagia, due to sucking on hard candies or chewing gum. Drinking carbonated beverage,bad fitting dentures, post nasal drip. Rx Avoid carbonated drinks ,use of straws,  Charcoal tabs and IB Gard are helpful . Rx SIBO if all fails.

Air makes noise: Everyone swallows a bit of air when they  eat or drink. This adds to the "stomach bubble" which is quite visible on x-ray. When your stomach processes a meal it squeezes/mixes the contents which will make a gurgling sound. It is hard to separate that noise from the noise of bowel gas in the large intestine as it passes through the upper colon, next to the stomach. Gas-x might help, or burp it out.

See a doctor: You need to speak with your family doctor and get tested for pancreatitis, liver problems, and other issues. An ultrasound by itself won't rule out most of the conditions. You need blood tests as well. If you are running a fever or the pain becomes severe you should go to the emergency room.

There is nothing in the stomach to muffle these sounds so they can be noticeable. Among the causes are hunger, incomplete digestion, or indigestion. Drink lots of water, take probiotics, and eat lots of fiber. This can slow the passage of food.

Hard to say: Ulcers usually hurt, but not always.  Bloating is unusual.  You can try an OTC acid blocker for a few days and if it doesn't get better, be seen.  Make sure you're not drinking alcohol, coffee, acidic stuff like soda, and eat bland foods that do not make you feel worse.  Good luck!
