Maybe. Maybe not.: If already pregnant, that would mean the "period" was not a real menstrual period, because having a real menstrual period clears out the uterus... So having a real menstrual period means not pregnant at that time.

Take a test : If you think you might be pregnant  then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available  at any pharmacy. Seems highly unlikely in these circumstances

Old way or DNA way..: The father of an unborn baby is the person a woman had sex with. To avoid confusion, and many emotional, community, and societal problems, men and women can choose to have sex with one person in any time period (thus avoiding any confusion as to who the father is). Failing that, when the baby is born the mother may be able to tell who her baby looks like the most. Dna testing can be done, too.

Ovulation: Shortly before/around ovulation, which is usually mid-cycle. The home opks are pretty reliable if you choose to use one; you can also subtract 14-16 days from your average cycle length and you'll be pretty close.

Should be reliable.: Most readily available preg tests should be reliably accurate as early as 2 weeks after conception. No test is 100% failsafe.
