A few.: The top drugstore anti-aging moisturizer is Oil of Olay and Retinol anti-aging moisturizer. However, do not neglect drinking lots of purified water , avoid baking out in the sun and manage your stress.

Coconut oil: Try applying coconut oil to your dry skin areas. If there are large areas, try eating 1-2 TBS daily and see if that improves your skin. Give it at least a month or two to work.

Petrolatum: Over the counter petrolatum (petroleum jelly) should work fine. I should be applied immediately after drying off since it doesn't add moisture to the skin; it simply reduces moisture loss from the skin.

Hard to know: Various mousturizers have differing benefits.  In general, we recommend fragrance-free moisturizers with minimal additives (largely because we treat a lot of cases of contact dermatitis caused by some additives).  Selecting a moisturizer that is not alcohol based is helpful as alcohol has a drying-out effect on skin.  Petroleum based products work best, but may be greasy-feeling.
