This is medic advice: There is no need to take your baby to the hospital for a small exposure to this product but you may want to brush the baby's teeth. It can cause tooth discoloration. It has an unpleasant taste that usually keeps children from actually swallowing the substance but if they do it can irritate the throat. If noisy breathing, vomiting, or signs of severe pain develop, seek help but these are unlikely.

Antibiotic ointment: Yes, any antibiotic cream will help in the healing and prevent infection of the small scratch. Make sure you are using a condom while it heals in order to avoid bacterial or fungal infection and irritation.

Plain vaseline.: The advice i always give my Accutane patients is to use plain vaseline petroleum jelly for your lips and dry skin when on drug. It is the best and safest moisturizer there is, plus it is super inexpensive.

Yes.: Bepanthen will help the skin stay moist and encourage healing. Avoid sex or masturbation until the cut is completely healed. If you develop redness, increased pain, or pus at the wound site, please see a doctor.

Creams: It would seem that these soothing creams would be no problem to apply on those days, but I recommend asking your pharmacist to verify this as I have no experience with the use of Aldara which is used to remove warts.
