i was diagnosed with chronic gastritis. my dr gave me pepcid ac and dicyclomine and it was working for a while but now the dr in the hospital gave me sucralfate and pepcid ac. can i still take the dicyclomine with this?

: Dicylomine is an antispasmodic gi medication to prevent spasms,cramping,loose stools. I think pepcid AC &amp; sucralfate are sufficient &amp; more appropriate to treat gastritis.

if i have abdominal pain due to stomach ulcer. 
can i take sucralfate to protect ulcer and dicyclomine for stomach pain
will it cause any reaction?

Interaction: There should be no harmful interaction between those two medications. Don't take the dicyclomine soon after the sucralafate which may interfere with the absorption of the dicyclomine.

: No. These have nothing to do with kidney stones.

: More details are needed. Passing gas is  often not directly related to gastritis. I wonder if you have gall bladder disease or a malabsorption problem. See a doctor

why does my stool look whitish green with a clay like texture? im taking dicyclomine and carafate sulcralfate thurs no eat was normal yestrday cin rolls jelly beans fish tator totts and shrimpmy stool why is it green?

: Typically, stool color is based on what was eaten. As food is digested and mixes with other food, the color can be different from the color of the food eaten. Texture is often based on hydration status. So, as long as you are feeling ok, keep yourself hydrated and eat a balanced diet. If you are not feeling well, see your doctor. Good luck to you!

i had for dinner last night biscuits n gravy i used corn starch instead of flour and a whole can of spinach i keep pooping out undigested spinach and i sqeezed it and a white cloud came out of it could it be from carafate sulcrafate and dicyclomine?

: Carafate can sometimes cause the stool to be chalky white. That may be your culprit. It should change back to normal within a day or two. Good luck.

PPIs and antacid: Pepcid, Nexium, (esomeprazole) Zegerid,  Donnatal, Pepto-Bismol and GI evaluation. This is a personal, professional opinion.

can you take omeprazole, sucralfate and domeridone together ?

Omeprazolw: All of these medications should be taken with an empty stomach.  Sacralfate one hour prior.   Domperidone 30 minutes prior to meals.   Omeprazole 30 minutes before breakfast or dinner.   Sacralfate  should not be taken more than 4 weeks.   If you could arrange these medications appropriately, then ok to take them.

can i take carafate, (sucralfate) omeprazole and r anitidine together? i have bile duct damage, from gall stones removal, and bile reflux. i also have hcl reflux.

Yes : yes you can take all three together you should ask your doctor for instructions carafate (sucralfate) can be taken two hours after meals or an hour before  .Prilosec omeprazole works better taken about 30 minutes before breakfast or supper
