Yes: I am not aware of any association of honey and breast conditions. Some older reports possibly indicated increased breast discomforts from high caffeine intake, and less breast discomfort with vitamin E intake, but I do not know if there is still much belief in in the old reports.

Either: Most surgeons would recommend draining the cyst without removal.  If the cyst recurs it should be removed.  If it does not bother you it could be followed closely without drainage but  any rapid increase in size or change on imaging should lead to a biopsy.

Breast cysts: A dimpling effect is not common with cysts and this should be check out.  If you are having only benigh cysts try taking extra iron with 3 kelp talblets per day as this tends to reduce cysts.

: You cannot generalize that most breast biopsies are benign. Yes, always best to be thoroughly checked out. Get yor biopsy and wait for the results.

Never sure!: If you suspicion a lump in your breast, please be safe and not sorry.  Yest there are plenty of benign causes for breast lumps.  However, a dog can have ticks and fleas at the same time.  There are good diagnostic tools to help tell if a lesion is a cyst, fat, a solid lesion or in infection.  Get to your pcp, gyn, breast care surgeon or breast center and get checked out.  Don't take a lump 4 this!

can dimples on one breast be benign? i see 2-3 when i squeeze my breasts together, not when i raise them. us was normal. i am 25.

Reassurance : Yes. It is usually benign "dimples". And changes in size and numbers through the life time.
