bloodwork, xray, ekg, echo, stress test, 24hr holter. had all these tests done and only benign arrhythmia. does anxiety sound right? or possible chd?

Panic and/or apnea: Anyone with a benign arrhythmia should be evaluated for sleep apnea, especially in the presence of anxiety treated with a respiratory depressant such as xanax (alprazolam). If your insurance allows, go directly to the sleep disorder specialist as most doctors are unaware of this connection in my experience.

Depends: By definition a "benign" arrhythmia is an arrhythmia that does not pose a danger to the patient's health; so if a cardiologist diagnosed it as benign i would not worry.  Now if you have not seen a cardiologist you should.  A good rule of thumb is that if you are a young adult or child, have a normal exam, normal ecg, normal heart by echo and the arrhythmia goes away at faster hr's you should b ok.

Variable heart rates: can result in variable blood pressures. The resultant compensatory mechanisms of the vasculature could result in this sensation. Doubtful this is anything to worry about.

my resting heart rate ranges from 55-60 bpm. if i get surgery with general or spinal anesthesia can having a low resting heart rate (no congenital heart disease or arrhythmia. except benign palpitations) put me at risk of cardiac arrest?

: If you don't have a history of heart block or other episodes of severe bradyarrythmias ( very slow heart rhythms) your resting heart rates of 55-60 are not predisposing you to  cardiac arrest during anesthesia or surgery more than the general population.  In addition your heart is closely monitored by the anesthesiologist  who can reverse bradyarrthmia with IV meds.

i have aivr arrhythmia. recently i have more palpitations and have been sustaining the rhythm for up to 3 minutes. it comes and goes all the time but very frequently per my apple watch ecg. i know its benign but when do i need treatment. what is it?

Flip Flops : An arrythmia or iabnormal heart beat may be of several types.  A tachycardia or rapid rhythm feels like a racing heart but not brought on by exercise.  A slow heart beat may lead to fatigue or passing out.  The most common arrythmia is due to extra beats which feel like a "flip flop" sensation due to the extra early beat or a pause after the beat with a "sinking" feeling in the chest.

Arrhythmias: Anterior mis often have hemodynamic problems associated. Any mi has associated ischemia and can have arrhythmias associated. Anterior mi is not necessarily more likely to have arrhythmia than other mis.

Irregular heart beat.: An arrhythmia is an irregularity of heart rhythm. There are many forms of arrhythmias, some arising from the upper chambers of the heart (atria) and some from the lower chambers (ventricles). In general, most of the atrial arrhythmias are benign and most of the ventricular arrhythmias are problematic. Your cardiologist usually treats the arrhythmias or may refer you to an electrophysiologist.
