i have a constant rash on my belt line on the back. it is very itchy and makes small pockets or bubbles. it comes and goes. please can i submit a picture for advice?

Possibly: If itchy, quite likely fungal(times corporate).
If sore, painful, blistering or seeping discolored fluids, you have a secondary bacterial infection(cellulitis).

impossible to say: It is impossible to say without being able to see the rash. Have a dermatologist evaluate it.

Monitoring Centers: Lymphatic system absorbs/carries things too big to go into the arteries/veins like bacteria eaten by white cells and digested food. Lymph nodes "taste" the lymph for anything bad  like bacteria/viruses/cancers, etc. When it detects a problem, it alerts the immune system and your body reacts.  They enlarge in response to the inflammation they create when they react.  They shrink when all is well.

Right side abd pain : Persistent right sided abdominal pain can signify appendicitis, so check with your physician for an exam if other symptoms occur (nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, temperature elevation).

Spine nerve irritate: You may have over use these muscles or that there is the spinal nerve root irritation.  Do not perform exercises that cause you more pain.  Spinal nerve root irritation always causes muscle spasms.  If the pain is primarily due to nerve damage, there are symptoms of pins and needles, numbness, burning,  shooting and sharp pains.  If  the pain is due to nerve irritation with predominant muscle spas.

Abdominal pain: Gall bladder and appendix are located on right upper abdomen and is are commonly involved  with cause of symptoms. Infection of either of these is considered an emergency. Seek medical attention immediately.

Testicular pain: Testicular pain needs to be evaluated sooner than later. We worry about injury, infection & torsion (which is a urologic emergency due to loss of blood flow). Hernias can also cause similar pain. Best to get evaluated now rather than waiting until it's too late. Better safe than sorry.

i notice dull ache at/or just below my belt line on my right front side. i notice it more when bending over or leaning on my right. ideas what it is? ps. i'm laying in bed now and feel nothing.

Muscle spasm: It sounds like muscle spasm or strain and if so it will gradually disappear
