if im going through puberty is it normal for cords of one testicle get hard and soft due to cold temperatures or strenous activity, how do i know if i have bell clappers deformity?

: Testicles dont get hard or soft. It is the scrotum which gets tight and relax with temperature. Bell clapper deformity is difficult to diagnose preoperatively and the ultrasound is not always accurate. Not all bell clapper testes twist So please wear a good support underwear and dont worry about something which probably not happen

does bell clapper deformity has any symptoms? my left testicle which hangs lower always faces downwards when it is relaxed, sometimes the cords of the left testicle get hard without pain, goes away by its own, i can rotate both testicles when touched?

: Bell clapper deformity is an ultrasound diagnosis which has seemed to become frequent. It is often not accurate and does not always cause torsion. Wear a good support underwear and you will be fine.

i had a small, black bar-bell shaped firm thing in my breast. i picked until it came out. could it have been a skin oil blockage? if not, then what?

Follow up if returns: It sounds like it may have been a clogged pore.  If it returns, I would recommend that you have your PCP take a look at the area.   Also, regular self breast exams are important to monitor for any breast changes.

i had bells palsy when i was in year 9 im 23 now and i still have residue from this condition. i sometimes have aches on the that side of my face and neck when i am tired, and sometimes when i yawn hard, my my face still hasnt fully recovered?

: Unlikely to change at this point but might have dentist check jaw and teeth to evaluate a source of discomfort

Should be ok: Usually return of facial nerve function  within a few months. Follow surgeon instructions. Oral surgeon may ask for ENT doc opinion about facial nerve injury.

See your doctor: Difficulty swallowing can be a sign of a serious process going on. It can also be due to heartburn so start taking some Omeprazole or equivalent medication and if it doesn't resolve see your doctor soon.
