There really aren't: any "quick fixes."  There are actually hundreds of "remedies," which usually means none of them work. Adequate hydration and treating the symptoms (antacids for upset stomach, or pepto bismol which can both treat and unsettled stomach and reduce vomiting) is usually best. Some people swear by warm Sprite soda, and a Chinese study found it to be somewhat effective. Drink less is the best "cure."

: The spleen is used by the body to filter old and damaged blood cells, store blood cells and produce antibodies to fight infection. without a spleen, your Liver takes over most of these functions. There is no limitation to what you can eat or drink, and there should be no effect on your body shape or features. If you have abdominal pain and swelling, or a fever over 101 you should talk to your Dr.

Impossible to say: What is causing it just from that description. A beer is unlikely to cause gastritis, and most pain from either gastritis or ulcers gets better with food.  There are hundreds of possible explanations, including pancreatitis, but nobody can make a diagnosis without a full history, examination and probably laboratory tests. See your doctor.

You could have: Gastritis or another GI condition.  Both nsaid's ; alcohol can be tough on your GI track.

The percentage : It depends on the net alcohol content and the amount you consume. Sometimes people have hypersensitivity to some components of the wine

Your body says NO!: You may have a problem with alcohol in that you should not drink it! Some people have trouble metabolizing alcohol and it is toxic for them. This may be the case for you. It is poison to you!

Yes: You just might not have the physiologic tolerance for alcohol. But to be safe, it's always a good idea to talk w/your family doc and get checked out. Blood work to assess your liver is easy & inexpensive. If your stomach doesn't bother you any other time, i wouldn't worry too much about h pylori. But if you're nauseated all the time, you need to get checked out more thoroughly.

Gas distension?: Feeling full of "gas" may reflect malabsorption of food (like gluten, lactose), intake of poorly digested food, or choosing foods known to promote gas (beans, fizzy drinks). Sometimes its more complicated--a stomach emptying too slowly, bacterial overgrowth syndrome, delayed intestinal function, partial obstruction from any cause, infection, rectum problems, &amp; pelvic issues outside gut.
