BCG: Bcg is an intradermal injection at the deltoid. If bcg is accidentally given subcutaneously, then a local abscess may form that can ulcerate, and may need therapy with antibiotics.  Without treatment it can spread, causing damage to other areas. If pus is aspirated and analysed and treated correctly, the abscess will generally heal on its own in a matter of weeks. It may take time to develop.

Evaluation: Individuals who are vaccinated with BCG though can still get TB, since the protection by the vaccination decreases over time,.
Babies have immature immune systems, so if there is any doubt, a TB test can be performed.

See a doctor: If the swelling has only come up now at 12 weeks I would advise that you consult in order to rule out abscess formation at the site of the vaccine.

Possible vaccine: Many times with initial vaccines infants will have fussiness, crying and possible fever.  Usually with subsequent vaccines these symptoms improve.  Try consoling your infant, cool compress on the area where he had the vaccine and possible acetaminophen if symptoms do not resolve.  If crying still persist then follow up with your baby's health care provider.

No scar from BCG: Unlike smallpox vaccine, bcg does not lead to scarring.  However you can consider getting a PPD test to verify the effectiveness if concerned.

Reaction: BCG reaction is common with the vaccine.  If you baby has a fever, poor feeding or irritability, please see your pediatrician in person. 
Otherwise report the reaction to the clinic/office. Keep the skin clean and dry, take a photo to send/discuss with your pediatrician. 
If there is a history of excessive infections, an immune workup is recommended.

Normal variation: The main agent adding color to the poo is the material made by the liver called bile. It starts out a dark green and goes thru the yellows to brown depending on the influences of various factors in the intestines. Rapid transit thru the system, as may occur with diarrhea or breast feeding may have a greenish yellow or yellow appearance. The slower, more likely browner.Likely unrelated to BCG

Normal no: Usually get small reaction after shot. Some might not. The natural course after BCG is after 6 to 8 weeks swelling appears that grows can exude fluid , ulcerate then scar. Now the scar is the most simple and convenient  way to  see  successof vaccine. Rarely there might not be a scar but if there is no scar after 6 months see ur dr to do a mantoux TB test, if it is negative probably repeat bcg.
