Vitamin D won't help: If you truly have hypothyroidism the treatment is to take thyroid hormone prescribed by a doctor who has reviewed your thyroid test results.  Vitamin d is not the treatment for thyroid problems.

Need to examine: There are no diets for hyperthyroidism, or a pancreas issue if you have any of these. You should see your doctor to ascertain if diagnostic testing is needed or referral to a specialist may be warranted.
Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/.

Why supplements?: Your thyroid and adrenals are precisely regulated by the pituitary and other factors. If your thyroid and adrenal are functioning normally, then you don't need supplements, and they will not help you.  If your thyroid or adrenals are underactive, then you need to take hormone replacement.  Best done by a doctor who knows about this (eg. An endocrinologist). Not someone who sells his own supplement.

No: There are no thyroid boosters, they just "boost" the money out of your pocket and into theirs. Your thyroid doesn't need a boost. If it doesn't function properly there is real and legitimate medication to fix it. Don't get your medical information from friends, tv or the internet.

Garcinia cambrogia: There should be no issue with this. It is helpful for some weight loss and also for diabetes.

Nobody needs a thyroid supplement.

Patients with low thyroid levels need replacement with thyroxine not a thyroid "supplement"!!

Often these not well produced supplements are more expensive than prescribed meds and are certainly worse most often.

No need: "thyroid support" supplement often contains a lot of iodine (often through kelp).  Taking such a supplement may set a person up for hypothyroidism as too much iodine will turn off the thyroid gland.  If the thyroid and its function are normal, there isn't anything thyroid to treat.  "thyroid support" supplements won't prevent a thyroid problem from occuring, but may cause one.

Calorie control: Thyroid medication completely replaces the function of your missing thyroid gland, verified by lab tests. Weight loss is accomplished by taking in less calories than what is burned. Emphasize fresh fruit, green vegetables, whole grain cereal, and lean meat. Avoid sugar, fats, sodium, and starch - like corn, beans, rice, potatoes, bread, and pasta. See your doctor for thyroid management and diet.
