See your doc: Usually starts with lifestyle interventions (diet, weight loss, and exercise) but often requires medications. You need to see a doctor right away if your BP runs high.  If you don't, you will likely have all sorts of medical issues that will cut your life short or make it very unpleasant. Best to you.

What is low?: You never provided a specific blood pressure. If you are not having symptoms of dizziness, light headedness, etc then it may be perfectly fine for you. Also, there is error in how blood pressure is measured especially if the wrong sized cuff is used.

Early morming: 1-2 hours after awakening will be the peak hours of your circadian rhythm and you should try to monitor BBT at the same time every day or use a home ovulation kit.

Bad lifestyle, yes: It is not "common" unless one succumbs to the high sodium, fat and carbohydrate diet without exercise so common in america today. Obestiy and diabetes are major problems which contribute to a "brittle" and aging vascular system which is a progenitor of hypertension.(high b.P.) a sedentary lifestyle and the above factors more than age 50+ is the problem.

Lifestyle changes: And medication if BP still not controlled. Diet, regular exercise & weight loss are all beneficial.

YES: Right BBB is a benign condition of little significance to anyone except EKG interpreters. LBBB is abnormal and must be explained!
