No: The percentage numbers on your CBC mean nothing apart from absolute counts. Low basophils never mean anything, and high eos matter only if they're way-high. You're anemic and losing body hair, somebody's put you on two vitamins for some reason without giving you a full explanation. You need a hematology, dermatology &amp; maybe endocrine consult. There's no single cause. Insist on answers.

Need actual values: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, it might have helped if could provide the complete report of your test results. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

See hematologist.: A disease cannot be diagnosed by a blood test and thus you need to discuss the findings with a hematologist or immunologist depending on what kind of disease condition you have especially if this has been a persistently abnormal finding.

Blood cells: These are types of white blood cells, part of the immune system. Basophils are present in very low concentrations, so it would be very unusual to have too low a basophils count. But granulocytes are the most predominant wbc, abd can be low for many reasons. Too many to enumerate here, but medications, certain problems such as lupus, etc. A hematologist can help.

Lots of things!: Realize that the "count" of different types of wbc's (white blood cells) is based on a total of 100.  So anything that shifts one way or the other affects everything else.  For instance - if you have a bacterial infection and your neutrophils are high (80) - everything else will be "low".  Basophils of 6 is a minor elevation.  But....In general - inflammation, increased estrogen, asthma, sinusitis.

Atypical cells: Not impressed but the atypical lymphs are reason enough to to want to repeat the entire  test in a month or two .

: Yes

May certainly cause thrombocytopenia (low platelets) and possibly low basophils (less well documented). Depending on severity (and reason you’re on Eliquis in the first place) your doctor may want to switch.

Accepted Answer

Probably not: The alk phos is slightly elevated, and the ast is fine.  Is the low neut a percent or absolute number.  Percent would be a non issue. A few extra basophils also unlikely to be significant.
