The EKG is routinely: performed with 6 chest wires (V1-V6) (six signals or leads) and the four arm wires. 10 wires. The signals from the arm and leg wires are electronically combined to provide a triangular pattern of three leads (signals) I,II,III. And then also electronically combined to produce what is called augmented leads (signals). aVR, aVL, and aVF. 6 more signals (leads). Thus 10 wires and twelve leads.

T Wave flattening : In the absence of clinical history or symptoms, t wave abnormalities such as flattened t waves are nonspecific. They may be seen in healthy individuals, leading to mistaken diagnosis of heart disease. Pathological causes are many & include myocardial ischemia, electrolyte abnormality, stroke, anticancer medications, and even with fever and after eating. Your dr, will tell you more.

ECG: New onset rsr' in the absence of clinical symptoms doesn't carry a lot of meaning. There are a multitude of possibilities. If you are nervous see your doc and discuss to see if evaluation is indicated.

Ok...: RSR pattern is a benign finding......unless associated with lung, Rt ventricular pathology. If smoker, DVT, congenital or acquired rt sided heart problem.....don't worry. Being a female.....lead placement has to be considered...

is a portable 1 lead ecg accurate to diagnose arrhythmias? or do i need a 12 lead?

Lead lead: If the printout or image of the recording in limb lead 1 is technically good without wandering baseline or other artefact and shows enough complexes(beats), it should be sufficient to diagnose many arrhythmias. Complex arrhythmias often are better identified when multiple leads are scrutinized, however.

Non specific: LVH is designated as "by voltage criteria" because that is  a weak criterion for diagnosing LVH. (there are at least 25 criteria). Many people your age (23) have high voltage which is perfectly normal. An echo would be more specific. Meanwhile, keep that BP under good control, LVH or not!

P is for Paroxysmal: Only difference between svt and psvt is p-paroxysmal- means sudden onset. Regardless both look same in ekg.

More information : Most citizens have no need for a home ECG machine that transmits to a doc. If your clinical condition is such that you ECG is likely or expected to change, and early recognition is important, then this may be a good investment for you.
