: No. Because all supplements are dangerous because there is No regulation of what is in them and they do not have to show evidence that they do what they say or even to show they are safe . Protect your body by eating heathy.  I recommend the DASH diet as the most healthy.

Adjuncts only: Gout is a serious systemic disease. If you're refusing scientific treatment (probenecid, allopurinol, workup for possible secondary causes) in favor of worthless "pop" remedies from sweet-talking crooks, you may pay with your health and even your life. If your sodium is already high for some reason, you can land yourself in the ICU by munching baking soda. Please do the right thing.

To dilute acid  and decrease heartburn, try the following:
Eat less chips. 
Eat slowly.
Have herbal tea,  water or milk with snack. 
Chewing gum after the snack to stimulate saliva production which can neutralize acid.

Treatment is with topical antifungals.       Patches that have been treated and healing may have a temporary brown discoloration.
