Appetite suppressant: Being on blood thinners makes this a difficult situation.  Many medications including herbal interact with blood thinners.  I would suggest continued exercise and diet.

Not known for sure: If it is an herbal product or a vitamin supplement, but not a real medication approved by the FDA, then it is probably not tested for interactions and side effects in the way that real medicines are tested. That means nobody truly knows what the safety level or the side effects are. If one hears of some interaction or thinks she is getting a side effect, she can visit her primary care doctor.

Effective med: Aveed is a long acting form of testosterone (T)  After the second injection, you receive it once every 10 weeks.  It is very effective in maintaining normal T levels, and has less of a tendency to cause excessively high levels.  However, you need to make sure that you have a medical cause for low T that requires longterm use of this medication, as your body becomes dependent on it,

: To be honest, it sounds ridiculous. If you eat a balanced diet that includes FRESH fruits and vegetables, you will get all the nutrients and vitamins you need. and quite a bit more fiber. They can't squeeze a salad into a pill. Humans were consuming healthy diets long before there even were pills. Americans have been brainwashed to believe pills have miraculous powers, and that is rarely the case

has anyone ever heard of a product for allergy relief called "rootology"? its all natural and supposed to give fast relief. reviews?

No: But most herbal medicine really does not work that well for hay fever symptoms although a chinese herbal formula (not in market yet) has shown some efficacy in controlling food allergies. 
Base on the name, i presume that the product is made from plant roots possibly with some licorice and ginseng thrown in.

Standard Ingredients: It has the same components as all other nonprescription eczema creams; beyond that, individual responses to slightly different formulations vary. Might be worth a try, but beware of grossly overpriced products (not necessarily this one) whose makers invest in advertising rather than research and quality.

just started nature throid 1gr 4 days ago from syn. 88mcg x12 yrs. trying to get t3 (liothyronine) up. now very tired all day. how long to balance out?

Not equivalent: One gr of nature-throid contains 38 mcg of t4, 9 mcg t3. This is a dose that is lower than your previous dosage of synthroid (thyroxine).  However it is unlikely that you would feel a change in only 4 days. Getting the "t3 level up" is meaningless in most patients, and will not change how you feel.  The most important test is to make sure the TSH is normal (0.4-2.0).

i have svt. i do no caffeine except chocolate. i purchased balance of nature and noticed it has cayenne peppers as one of the ingredients. will that effect my svt?

: It may or may not affect you SVT-you should ask your doctor who knows you best. What medication are you taking to control it? When is the last time you had an episode? If you are well-controlled with medicine, it may be ok. So, ask your doctor. Good luck to you!
