R/O FOOD POISONING : Evaluate for food poisoning you need stool and labs screened and a through exam. If diarrhea develops empiric therapy with CipRo (ciprofloxacin) is usually started. Get prompt evaluation as dehydration can develop rapidly.

Ache: Two things come to mind:  1) you might have an infection in your gums or teeth which is causing the bad taste and aches. You need to see your dentist   or  2) do you have a stomach acid issue or ulcer. I would see your physician for this.

Reflux: When my patients report these symptoms to me, the most obvious thing is Reflux, which is stomach acid coming up into the esophagus.  It is provoked by spicy foods, tomato sauce, garlic, carbonated drinks, chocolate, coffee, eating too large a meal, going to bed shortly after having a meal, drinking liquid before bed.
