Yeast?: If it persist , check with the MD to make sure you do not have a secondary yeast or  bacterial vaginal infection. Yeast infection is common especially while on antibiotics.

Probably ok: Emergency Contraception pills can alter the menstrual for the cycle in which pill was taken, and sometimes the next cycle too. One should be sure to check a home pregnancy test about 3 weeks after sex, because emergency contraceptive pills work most of the time, but not all the time.

Allergic reaction: depending on your "allergic reaction", if you had vomiting you may have lost potassium that makes your legs cramp. so eat bananas and fresh tomatoes. it should relieve the problem and hydrate yourself well with mineral water as you are also probably dehydrated from your vomiting

Yes, please let your: Gynecologist know. Prolonged period can lead to anemia. Take care.

Yes: Stress can disrupt your menstrual cycle -- making it longer or shorter than usual. You could start your period "early" and not be able to predict when it would come next.  Stress can even completely eliminate ovulation and menses for a time.

Vag discharge: Is there any chance you may have been exposed to sexually transmitted disease? If so, get tested. Is there any chance of pregnancy given your "period" was earlier than normal. If negative and the discharge is gone and, otherwise, no symptoms are present, i would not worry too much about that at this time.
