Not necessarily: Just the daily day to day activities (not only work-related) can increase stress on the back, especially if you are not paying attention to proper body mechanics and proper lifting mechanics. There are other causes of backache, so you will need to get you backache evaluated especially if it has been persisting for a while to ensure there is nothing sinister causing it.

Maybe but need  more: We need  more  information. Back pain can come from lots of reasons. Stress may tense  muscle  whihc is a common cause of  back pain. Exercises help the muscles. you can ask your  physician to help evalaute this.

Missed Period?: Some of these symptoms are common with early pregnancy or with a miscarriage.  You didn't say if this was possible.  I would advise monitoring to see if this changes and get a pregnancy test if it remains light.  If  it gets heavier, you can chart the flow for several cycles to see what is your pattern.

Or muscle aches : You describe a complex set of symptoms that are unlikely to be related.  Often these symptoms can be to muscle fatigue or a virus.  Make sure it you don't have a virus, then consider exercise therapy which includes stretching.

EBV titers, MRI: A severe case of infectious mono or epstein barr virus disease can give these symptoms.  You should have your ebv titers checked and if igm is positive you have active mono.
Next in line would be possibility of multiple sclerosis.  Must see a neurologist to evaluate you and your MRI to rule in or rule out ms. God willing it is not ms.

32 female, 10 ekgs, 3 ct chest scans, stress test, heart monitor 14 days, echo, x-ray, tripone blood work all good. still having chest pain left side and arm pain, back pain. could i still be having a heart attack? female symptoms anxiety also

Chest pain: Based on your description it does not sound like you had a heart attack. Lung and musculoskeletal pathology remain possible leads with a possible background anxiety disorder exacerbating symptoms.
