Back pain: Back pain is not that uncommon. Especially if you spend a lot of time carrying children. Take some Ibuprofen and a yoga class twice a week. At your age a good stretch can go a long way. If it does not resolve in 3-4 weeks, see your doctor.

Hard to answer: Without further information, this is difficult to determine. Bleeding amount are based on the amount of uterine lining that needs to be shed each cycle. However, the cramps and back pain are usually from the uterus contracting to expel menstrual tissue. The back pain is usually from the uterosacral nerve running from the cervix to the lowest back bones in the sacrum.

Not necessarily: It has long been part of the medications available for use. It has been replaced a lot in common use after being associated with liver failure/death in infants/children (Reye syndrome) during flu or chickenpox. It does irritate the stomach lining &amp; cause problems in some. However, a coated form called ecotrin  is still in use. The Reye issue stops after age 16. Other than GI irritation it is okay.

This means you are averaging 4100mg per day of Tylenol (acetaminophen). If you have a liver condition (such as hepatitis or cirrhosis), are drinking a lot of alcohol, or are taking this dosage over long period, permanent damage can occur.
