Doctor can evaluate: New chest discomfort or pain, and difficulty breathing, are signs that that she should talk with her doctor right away or go to the ER.  She should not drive herself (call for an ambulance if symptoms are more than slight). If it turns out not to be an abnormal rhythm, myocarditis, anxiety attack symptoms, a collapsed lung, or pneumonia, the E.R. may still be able to offer some treatment.

left testical feels like worms. lower left abdominal pain and back pain . constipated . hard to breath feels like my left side is "clogged up". ?

Go to ER: You seem quite unwell. You may have a few different things happening together. It sounds like you have a varicocele in your left testes (which is swollen veins). The abdominal pain and lower back pain may mean you have with a kidney infection or possibly a hernia. You are constipated so the pressure during defecation would make matters worse. There may be an obstruction somewhere as well. Go to ER

See below: Kidney pain is mid back area on both sides of spine. It hurts only with stones or infection. Your symptoms are in morning only indicating some thing else. Please see your pcp.

You may: have  injured your neck which can cause all the pains. not sure why you have leg pain. could be unrelated.

trauma and strain can do the same also

Doctor can evaluate: "hurts to breath" could be pain due to movement of the ribs if the movement irritates the rib joints and cartilage, could be due to irritation or pressure on nerves coming from the spine to that area, or due to other things like lung problems (infections, etc...), etc..., so if a doctor should talk with the patient and do an exam to get an idea of what might be happening.

Sudden pain: Sudden pain in the back at rest can be various things. Kidney stone would be tops. I do not know if this is right or left, but on right gallpladder, pnacrease. some type or lung problem.

Evaluation: Could be your heart, arthritis, slipped disk, herniated disk, kidneys, etc.. Get checked by physician.

Evaluation: You should see your doctor to be evaluated and have Ct of spine to R/O herniated disk and if positive referrer you to neurosurgeon for treatment.

Muscle spasm: Sounds like you're suffering from a muscle strain. I recommend taking some Motrin or advil (ibuprofen) for the next couple days. In the event it does not get better see an orthopedic specialist and get involved in a physical therapy program.
