More information ?: Why do you get back pain with a bowel movement? Are you having constipation?  Are you bearing down to pass your stool?  Where in your back are you having pain, and is it one sided?  How long has this been going on?  How would you describe the pain?

Pelvis Issues?: This is complex issue requiring a detailed history and physical exam.  It is possible that rectal or bladder distention is stretching the pelvic floor muscles and there is referred / related back discomfort. Relived with elimination.  I strongly recommend a complete history and physical exam by your general medical doctor.

GERD or GB: Spicy foods are usually fatty, such as pizza, chili, tacos, etc. Gallbladder pain frequently is felt in the back, sometimes as the only source of pain. Ruq pain is also associated. Reflux causes esophagus irritation, and although it's most commonly felt in the substernal area, it can be associated with back pain. Unclear about the bowel movement relationship.Try low fat diet, and talk to your md.

Exam-now: please shut down your computer and go directly to the RR or UC clinic. You are obviously constipated and 5 days is a dangerous amount of time. You will need and abdominal ultrasound and blood testing.

Start with water: Try to increase water intake and maybe also fiber intake to get a more even consistency to your stool. If having regular bowel movements results in minimization of the discomfort then this was the problem. If symptoms persist then you probably need to see your doctor in order to evaluate for other things like gallbladder problems.

: Multiple issues. For regular bowel movements: You may take a fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink enough water daily so that your urine is colorless. For the long term you may try to increase your intake of fiber foods. 
Backache: Exercise regularly to improve your muscle health. Any exercise will do. Gradually increase the intensity and duration of exercise so that you sweat profusely.

Need to examine: Unintended weight loss needs to be taken seriously and you need to see a doctor for an evaluation. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests.

Straining back pain: The pressure within the spinal canal increases during straining. Any inflammatory condition may feel worse while straining. What are the other symptoms? Leg pain? Tingling? Numbness? Weakness in the legs?
