Need more info..: What kinds of pain are you experiencing? And what seems to trigger the pain? Is it related to your period, food, any activity etc? How long has this been going on?  Do you get short of breath?  It says you are on birth control pills. Do you also smoke? Taking oral contraceptive is a risk factor for blood clots (DVT/PE) and smoking increases your risk.

It is hard to tell just based upon the info you have provided. But maintaining a regular diet and healthy activity/exercise can help with this. This could also help with any back strain. But 1st rest until pain better. But if continues should see an md.

Yes: This usually requires the coordination with a plastic surgeon. It can be done. However there's not much point unless this is going to be your last baby. You might get a better cosmetic result if you wait until 3-4 months after delivery. What needs to be done would be clearer then.
