Like this? : Seborrheic dermatitis ("cradle cap") can spread to the face, eyelashes ; behind ears. It can be treated by using z-tar or other anti-dandruff shampoo. Lather up a fingertip's worth, shampoo ; rinse thoroughly. If the scalp is red for more than a few moments, discontinue use. If it looks infected or is very itchy, see her pediatrician for other treatments (miconazole or mild hc creams).

This sounds like: eczema or seborrhea, both of which are quite common at this age. Depending on where you live, this could be affected by dry weather and sometimes a food/milk allergy. You can try over-the-counter Aquaphor. If that doesn't help, please discuss with her pediatrician.

Reactive node: The lump is most likely a reactive lymph node that tends to enlarge from pea sized to bean sized when stimulated by such things as skin rashes/bug bites/viruses &the like. They usually stay enlarged while stimulated &recede when not.Takes 3-4 weeks to settle down. Your doc can confirm this.

Perioral dermatitis: Perioral dermatitis vs Ezcema. Excema would be treated with moisturizer and topical steroids, for perioral dermatitis, these are not helpful and would worsen the condition. Sounds most like perioral dermatitis. Things to try: reduce products, they clog and worsen the condition. Regularly cleanse. Try to touch your face less often. If no better, see a Dermatologist, or a doctor with expertise.

Hives: possible hives or allergic reaction to any substance in the environment . May use benadryl (diphenhydramine). If continue to spread please see a physician

Viral exanthem: This could be a viral rash, but you can't discount other possible causes exanthems can be caused by toxins or drugs, microorganisms, or can result from autoimmune disease.  It could be related to the flu shot, but not necessarily.  

A visit to the medical doctor could be warranted here.
