I : I think you have done remarkably well.  Keep up the good work.  Continue watching your diet and avoiding your salt intake.  Keep your caffeine intake down.  Keep working out.  Check your BP weekly.  If you can maintain your program, you might not need your antihypertensive medication anymore.  
Please understand that there is a flip side to this too. If you gain your weight back, increase your salt intake and stop exercising, you might need your medicine again.

Checked in with doc?: There sound to be a lot of things going on at once here and I can't be sure they all have to do with either the Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) or some other single problem.  You should call your doc and get in for another examination or have them make some adjustments based on your conditions.  They know you better than anyone.

There : There are no over the counter blood pressure medications. You should call your previous doctor and inform the office of your situation. They may be able to call in a prescription for you. If that does not work call your new pcp and inform them of your problem, they will instruct you on how to proceed. In the meantime decrease your salt intake.

Several methods: Interferon (pegasys (peginterferon alfa 2a) is recommended) can be used to treat hep b.  Lamivudine, an HIV med can be used (as well as several others).  Entecavir and adefovir are also used.  They are all generally well tolerated except the interferon classes.  They cause fever, chills, nausea, vomiting...Like you have the flu.
