Yellowish stool: The antibiotic treatment probably changed the makeup of your intestinal bacterial flora and loosened your bowel movements so that there is more rapid transit through the intestinal tract giving less time for pigmentation. I recommend taking probiotics in an effort to restore more normal bacterial makeup of your intestines. Discuss this with your physician

Stool color: It is unlikely there is a problem. If the stool appears black with a bad odor, it may represent blood. If she is other well and not in pain she is likely fine. You can always have your doctor check a hemoccult. All the best.

Depends: This is strictly dependent upon what is causing the diarrhea and what is being done to correct it.  If this is clostridium difficile colitis you may have a very serious problem requiring intervention by a knowledgeable physician.  Go see somebody soon.  Hope this gets better asap.

White stool: Stools can be of different color by one's intake.  Alot of antacids or a recent barium test could possible be a cause.  However if this persists liver disorders need to be ruled out.  A white (or clay colored stool) can signify lack of bile salts and an underlying liver condition.  I would take this seriously and see your pcp  asap.

: It is possible that the stool color is related to your new supplement.  However, light colored stools may also be related to the processing of bile salts in the liver.  You could consider stopping the meal replacement shakes and seeing what happens with the stools first.

Stool light-colored: Bile & your gut's bacterial flora account in large part for color & volume of stool. Absence of bile results in pale, clay-color stool. Lots of other things also affect stool appearance: ingested foods, medications (peptobismol, antacids), swallowed blood or bleeding from gut, infection/antibiotics, inflammation, maldigestion, & the amount of mucus mixed with stool, as well as transit time of food.
