You can pour some: hot water over the tea leaves to wash them.  Drain the water and then add more hot water to actually brew the tea.  Peace and good health.  This is what is done in China.  They even wash and warm the pot and cups this way first.

Yes: I am not sure that cure is the appropiate term for an answer, but there are treatments for most any poisoning.  I poisoning is suspected, your best bet is the local er.  If no local er then call 1-800-222-1222 emergency only.  Have the offending agent on hand so you can read ingredients.  Do not induce vomitting as vomitting is not the best soloution in some cases dependent upon the agent.
