i have abnormalities w/ left testicle that i want seen. i cannot go to their office at this time so i want a virtual visit. abnormalities are easily visible so is it inappropriate to email pictures of the area prior to meeting? ill go when i can irl?

In person exam: Unfortunately, evaluation of testicular abnormalities need to be assessed in person. The texture, thickness and mobility of the abnormality, as well as its proximity or connection to other structures will give the examining Dr much information and allow for an accurate diagnosis. This cannot be done adequately on a video exam. Typically imaging (ultrasound) is also done.

Draining lesion: You may have an abscess or perianal fistula near your perineal body which is draining fluid. The best course of action is to visit a general surgeon who specializes in colon and rectal surgery for a history and physical exam in person.

One is scrotal ultrasound (us) where measurements are taken and volume calculated. Another is an orchidometer, which estimates testis volume. If you have any noticeable change in testicular size, texture, or symmetry, get evaluated without delay.

Some people say...: Some people say the average size of a testicle is 2x3x5 cm.  Not sure who was measured (what age, what ethnicity, etc...) nor who did the measuring.  Average may mean that half the guys have somewhat bigger testicles than that, and the other half have somewhat smaller testicles than that.   Doesn't really matter unless a testicle is truly much bigger or much smaller than usual.

right 4.43 x 2.14 x 2.9 all in cm

: Normal adult testes are ovoid and measure approximately 3 cm (AP) x 2-4 cm (TR) x 3-5 cm (length), with a volume of 12.5-19 mL. However, the size of the testes decreases with age. It looks like yours are normal. 
BY the way, to get the volume, multiply the 3 numbers the same as you would to get the volume of a cube.
