Penile length: for a 16 yo teen, you are right in the normal range of growth. Caucasian males average: 5.6 inches. Less in african americans = 4.7. No treatment is warrantied and growth will still continue up until 19 yrs! No worries.

Unlikely : Only a chromosome test can fully diagnose Kleinfelters, but the adolescent males in my practice have all had small, soft testes with good body hair and penile size. Body shape is often familial.

No medications exists, to enlarge penis. Normal erect length 4 -8 &amp; diam 1 - 2 inches

It’s OK: At 18 few things can go wrong with your penis, there is no way your penis will shrink. Unless you have STD there is no need for treatment or you are on medications for serious illness like HTN or DM. Most of issues at your age are anxiety related. Get a reliable and understanding partner, who is encouraging in bed, you should be fine.
