Get it seen : It may nothing but a late-appearing Becker Nevus or some other trial lesion, but it does need to be seen by a physician to rule out something that needs treatment

Larger than normal: Some people with severe COPD have destruction of their  lungs resulting in an increase in the total volume the lung takes up in the chest. Unfortunately the lungs don't work any better.

Plastic Surgery: Your condition sounds like gynecomastia and is considered a cosmetic problem for males.  It is not uncommon for men with this problem to seek out surgical treatment for the social embarrassment that can occur.  Often this can be done by liposuction, so that there are not large incisions.

Depends on the situa: Pubertal gynecomastia (man boobs) will occur in 1/3 to 1/2 of males ; generally last about a year before fading.Up to 3 years is noted occasionally before disappearing. If present after 3 years, surgical removal of the glandular tissue ; liposuction of any associated fatty tissue will do the job.

See doctor: it may be a benign cyst, but if it hurts, removing it is the answer and if it is something else they can stdy it in pathology

NO, not always: Few things in medicine are "always" anything. Some benign tumors can be hard and fixed. Obviously it is important to get this further evaluated and you may not know what it is for sure until it is excised. Try not to worry too much as there is a reasonable chance it is not malignant.

See Doctor: See a doctor immediately.  Gynecomastia can present like this and in a young male can signal a bigger problem with his pituitary gland. See a doctor asap.

Chest Lumps: Please start by seeing you family doctor.  One possibility is that they are sebaceous cysts which are easily treated if needed.  Peace and good health.
