Yes, dont know where: This has been around for several years as a way of deciding whether a patient has cirrhosis == worth knowing in deciding whether to treat hepatitis c, how hard to manage hepatitis b, and perhaps other things. I'm sorry i don't know who offers it, but your gastroenterologist would know.

Absolutely: A sinus lift operation performed with CAT scan control and knowing the anatomy of the maxillary sinus can be performed not only by oral surgeons, periodontists, but also by may general dentists who have taken multiple courses for this operation.  I am surprise at the question because there are thousands of well trained dentists who perform a sinus lift for implant surgery.

Not really: This is a ringing in one or both ears, which can range from mildly annoying to constantly bothersome.  It may occur in association with hearing and inner ear problems and some consider it to originate in the hearing centers of the brain.  A variety of things have been tried, mostly unseccessfuly like various herbs and anti-histaminics.  Some find relief from masking sound. Good luck.

Your contact info: There is no magic. The transplant center can only use the information that you provide for contact. You must be certain to update them with  new changes in your phone #, alternate phone #'s, other contact people, your dialysis center phone #, etc. Remember that the team only has one hour in which to accept or reject the kidney that is offered for you. If they can't reach you - no transplant.

Depends on the drink: Standard drink has 14 gms pure alcohol so:
beer (5% alcohol)-12 oz
malt liq (7%)-8-9 oz
wine (12%)-5 oz
hard liquor/spirits (80 proof/40%)-1.5 oz (jigger)
mixed drinks can vary- depends how well you know the bartender, so be careful, especially if you plan on driving later.
