No: It depends on which connective tissue disorder. I ask my patients with lupus to avoid them. The risk is that several ct disorders may be associated with an increased risk of blood clotting. Oral contraceptives increases this risk even more.

The : The research suggests that women with risk factors for heart disease are at a higher risk of developing it when on the pill. These risk factors include smoking, high blood pressure, obesity, diabetes, family history of blood clots, stroke, and heart disease.
The research also indicates that birth control pills with a lower dose of estrogen poses a smaller risk.
If you are healthy with none of the above risk factors, you should feel confident in regards to your risk of heart disease. If you are concerned or have further questions please consult your doctor.

Pmdd: Birth control pills may or may not work. Use Ibuprofen for pain. Discuss using Lupron (leuprolide) with your gynacologist.Also seek help if you become suicidal.

Drug interactions : Reviewed medical database and was unable to find any evidence of significant drug interactions between formulations of cysteine and birth control pills.  Would recommend still to consult with prescribing physician as well.

NO: There are no known interactions between glutathione and any medications.

Cycles of 26-30 are : considered pretty regular.  Having PMS symptoms of breast tenderness, water retention, and menstrual cramps are more common in women who ovulate.    If you are trying to conceive, there are urine tests to check the LH surge, which precedes ovulation, although it doesn't confirm release of an egg from the ovary.
