very itchy rash w 1-2mm blister-like eruptions.  biopsy showed telangiectasia  and lymphocytic infiltrates.  rash still recurring. autoimmune? ideas?

TMEP: It's time to see a dermatologist. Did the biopsy have mast cells as part of the infiltrate?  Was a direct immunoflorescence done?  Tmep is an acronym you can google and see pictures and description of the clinical course. There many potential treatments but the diagnosis is paramount before any can be started.

used2be addicted to klonopin havent been since july im going thru rituxan therapy for autoimmune disease&i have a blister that wont heal and im prescribed  60 mg of prednisone2help it i have been irritable. have klonpin script will i get readdicted?

I vote yes: If a person was previously "addicted" to a medication, and now asks if he will get re-addicted if he restarts the same medication, my vote is YES, he will get re-addicted. That means such a person should work with his doctor to approach his medical problem from a different direction and use different medication.

May be urgent: If this is just developing at this very minute, you may be in the early stages of a severe allergic reaction ("Steven-Johnson Syndrome") which is a medical emergency. If this is acute, TO IMMEDIATELY TO AN EMERGENCY ROOM. If this is not acute, it still will require careful evaluation.

how should i treat my baby's sunburn?  there's no blistering.

Cool soaks.: Soak some washcloths or small towels in cool water and apply them frequently. For a baby, there's not much else to do except wait it out. The involved skin will peel as it heals - that's normal. But please learn a lesson from this and apply a good broad-spectrum sunscreen to your baby (and yourself) whenever you go out in the sun. If you're out there for awhile, reapply it frequently.

Chill: If burn is acute and second degree, with blisters, then treat with cool water . Keep covered and protect blister. Fluid will absorb over time and skin will heal. Leaving little to no scar.

More likely shingles: Ask your doctor to prescribe a anti-viral agent for  you now in order to reduce the duration and intensity of the problem.
