The problem you will find is that there are no absolute numbers for each Tanner stage.  The number for Tanner stage 2 in males is on average, 11.64 years but there is a wide range.  If the judge asks, you cannot state the age in years from the Tanner stage.   Armpit hair is stage 4.

: Your post is odd. I place no value in evaluating the thickness/texture of common body hair. I know of no research on the subject or who would pay for it. In both genders babies are born with fine downy hair that gradually thickens with age. The eventual turn to more mature/thickened hair and the general distribution is influenced by hormonal effect and genetic endowment.

i have telogen effluvium and its been 7 months i loose some 30 hairs per day now , regrowth is seen little, also i loose my pubic hair, eyebrows, armpit hairs with white bulb why is it so?? is this because its been chronic te? my age is oly 16 , boy?

If you haven't already, you should be worked up by your doctor or a dermatologist to see if there is an underlying cause. Also, a full history would be important to look at any medications you might be on that are causing this. Stress is also one of the underlying causes but also could delay it getting better.

i have a large hard lump in my armpit that is very painful to touch and it seems to be getting bigger but no head or puncture mark, i dont see any hair there either, could this be an infected hair under my skin? the pain is excruciating. please help?

Abcess: Large painful lumps in the armpit that occurs suddenly and are very painful are usually an abscess and infection under the skin. This requires in person examination with a physician for accurate diagnosis and treatment. Treatments can involve anabiotic‘s or incision and drainage with a scalpel or both
