Aspergers is an anxxiety disorder characterized by people who have difficulty reading the emotions of others, they want friends but lack the social skills to maintain friendships.  They often do not understand social concepts and how other feel.

Depends!!: Some mild degree of atrophy occurs in seizure disorders and may not be symptomatic with the combination you mentioned a visit to a neurologist is in order.Restless leg syndrome may or may not be relevant ?!
