Get evaluated: The origin &amp; proper treatment for such sores is best handled after an office visit to review history &amp; do an exam. The problem could be simple &amp; easily fixed, a significant disease or worse. You can't fix this with simple home remedies.

Bladder infection: I would get tested for a bladder infection. If it is, taking an antibiotic would take care of it. Otherwise it may turn into a kidney infection.

If it doesn't hurt: You are getting a spastic signal down the nerve roots going to your levator muscles.  Why?  Not sure - could be related to your blood electrolytes or possibly even something neurologic going on.  If it isnt' painful I probably wouldn't worry about it.   If its bothersome I think a neurologist would probably be the best first stop.

Musky vaginal odor: In mid-thirties, the hormones produced are much higher b/c the ovary needs more stimulation to produce an egg. This means higher estrogen, which stimulates sweat and sebaceous material from glands in the groin area. This can be a "musky odor", and is not indicative of a problem.

Nothing: There's no real treatment for the darkening of the skin that can appear in these areas.  Sometimes if women are overweight or obese, weight loss can help as the skin darkening is due to imbalance of hormones typically associated with pcos.  Otherwise, the only real method would be skin bleaching, but i wouldn't recommend that at all.
