You need to take it: as directed by the box instructions.   Some of those pills have different composition of medication that directs your hormonal system as to what to do. : From your description I'd call this a simple tongue furrow or fissure which isn't at all pathological. A physician, ENT specialist or an oral surgeon could examine and advise you.

Common issue: It's not uncommon to have lighter periods on the pill: even no periods! this is because the uterine lining doesn't build up the way it does when you aren't on the pill. The lining is what is shed, creating your period! less lining = less flow. As long as you are a girl scout about taking your pill, you are not likely to get pregnant - but you are right to do a pregnancy test to be sure.

The "shoulder blade": or scapula is an integral part of the shoulder and responsible for a significant  amount of the shoulders range of motion.  The shoulder socket is a part of the scapula which also houses the rotator cuff muscles, an external and internal rotator muscles.  If you have not used a bow before it is likely you either have a rhomboid or levator scapula strain both of which are common and short lived.

Leave it alone: Contrary to the movies a sharp object  (Arrow or Knife) should be taped in place and only removed in the OR after X Rays and under controlled circumstances by a trauma Surgeon.

i just got my results for hsv 1 and two and it says hsv 1- 48.50 (h) hsv2- it gives an arrow pointing to zero 0.90 - what does this mean? why does it say h? does it mean i have hsv1 right now? or does it mean i had it in the past?

: Your result is 48.50. Zero to 0.9 is the normal (negative) range. As in a previous answer to a similar question, you have HSV1. If you are having neither oral cold sore or genital herpes sores, then probably you never will and your HSV1 will cause you no problems. As discussed previously, this is a normal test result shared with half the US population. If you ARE having symptoms, see a doctor.
