Depends: Hand tremors can be due to a variety of causes, most of them not serious.  Reduction in stimulants (coffee) may help or additional medications such as beta blockers can help with some types.  To determine what type of tremor it is you should see your local neurologist.

Rare: I do not believe that most family physicians and pediatricians would be comfortable diagnosing a 3 year old with this symptom.  Certainly we would evaluate and give an opinion but would more than likely as you to be seen by a pediatric neurologist.  There isn't one of them hanging on every tree so a referral to a children's hospital or referral center would likely be necessary unless in big city.

Neck and tremor: Is only one hand having a tremor? How old are you. See a doctor since cerain tremors can be parkisons disease and start on one side. The neck pain can have so many causes that it would be silly to guess.

Tachycardia.: Many reasons , start with having to get your thyroid checked. Could be anemia , anxiety or medications if you are taking among the causes. See an urgent care doctor if can not hold of your doctor. Take care.

Deep breaths: And managing social anxiety. Consider seeing a therapist for counseling. Avoid things requiring fine finger motor skills

Tremor: If the tremor was caused by the hyperthyroidism, it should improve once the thyroid is controlled on medication. If you are now normal on med and the tremor is still there, it could be something else causing the tremor and not completely thyroid related.
