Soft tissue injury: this requires an examination of the arm for signs of trauma or soft tissue involvement.I suggest an appointment to  have the arm evaluated since the bruising is concerning.

Bruise: Bruises on extremities can happen for various reasons. Usually you did bump the extremity and simply did not appreciate the bruise at the time. Are you on aspirin or other medications that effect your platelets or thin your blood? If so that can make you more likely to bruise All in a all a single bruise is usually benign. I would not worry. However if recurrent or especially on trunk get seen.

Maybe: Yes, it is possible, but if it persists, see your doctor. You may have suffered a fracture.

See dermatologist : Have a dermatologist check the lesion to make sure it is truly a benign mole. A biopsy is often done as a precaution to rule out a lesion that may need to be removed surgically.

: Maybe/not. Bruises often occur with no sensory changes. Tingling usually reflects irritation of some nerve endings, which can occur with trauma.

It prrobably: is a bruise but NOT in your skin ...BELOW it in the muscle tissue (that's why the pain when you contract (flex) the muscle!

Muscle strain: You likely strained your muscles. Give it time to heal. You may take an over the counter pain relief, like Tylenol (acetaminophen). 
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.
