Usually: certain type of tumors can't be well visualized on CT and requires MRI, such as meningiomas, but neck pain is rarely cause of tumor in the brain.  tumors can occur in the spinal cord, including the neck spinal cord, but neck pain is usually due to problems with the neck itself, such as disc or arthritis.

Need labs & CT: Your symptom complex is too generalized.  If you came through an er, i'd check labs: CBC w/ diff, electrolytes, beta-hcg, esr/crp.  Then order a chest x-ray (pa/lateral), ct head and ct abdomen/pelvis.  You should see a primary care md first, if possible.

Please see a dr: It would be preferable if you saw a specialist physician for a full history and examination. Your symptoms are slightly worrying. 
U will need some investigations such as Xrays to look at your spine and chest, to exclude nerve compression and a possible cervical rib. 
U will need blood tests, you may also need an angiogram of the vessels in the neck.
